All items in stock will ship same day or next day. Please allow 2-6 weeks for shipment of back ordered items or custom pieces. Collector grade and customized pieces may take longer. Terms for all orders are payment in full when the item is ready to ship.
Orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Shipping and Handling charges for most single unit orders is a flat rate of $8 anywhere in the US.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, personal check or money orders. Personal checks must clear funds prior to shipment.

Tracking Your Shipment:

If you received a carrier tracking number from us with your shipment confirmation email, so you can track your UPS®, FedEx®, Airborne®, Priority Mail package delivery. Simply insert the tracking number in the appropriate carrier's tracking box. The information on the delivery status of your package is retrieved with complete details of its journey.
Returns and Exchanges Policy:
Our goal and commitment is your 100% TOTAL SATISFACTION with our service and products. If you are not happy with your purchase when it arrives, please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for your choice of replacement, credit to your bankcard or a full refund of the merchandise purchase price. Returns After 30 Days - In the event you wish to return an item after our 30 day No Questions Asked period, you must call 1-706-315-9127 or contact us by email [email protected] before making the return. Return Authorization may be provided for valid reasons; however, the item(s) must be in new condition as shipped with all original product packaging. Items that require refurbishing are charged a minimum of 15% Restocking Fee, if accepted for return.
